Christy Lindell has been practicing bodywork for 10 years. She is a Transformational Bodywork Therapist and graduate from the 2200 hr program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Manitoba. She is certified to practice Hot La Stone Massage, Intermediate Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Lomi Lomi, Tui Na, Traditional Thai Massage. She is also a Reiki Master & Certified Yoga Teacher from the Prana Yoga and Zen Center in Vancouver. She is currently involved in Kundalini Dance Facilitator Training and discovering the joy of her inner-rainbow-shamaness-dancer! Her devotions include blossoming, music, singing, chanting, dance, sound & colour therapy, meditation, crystal healing & plant medicine discovery, chakra exploration, energy medicine, Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork and being present in the beauty of each moment's gifts.
