Christy Lindell has been practicing bodywork for 10 years. She is a Certified Massage Therapist from the 2200 hr program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Manitoba.

She is certified to practice Hot La Stone Massage, Intermediate Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Lomi Lomi, Traditional Thai Massage. She is also a Reiki Master & Certified Yoga Teacher from the Prana Yoga and Zen Center in Vancouver.

Her personal study includes music, chanting, dance, sound & colour therapy, meditation, healing with crystals & plants, chakra balancing, energy medicine and Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork.
