I am so happy to announce that I will also be offering pre-booked sessions downstairs at the Matraea Centre at 170 Craig Street on Tuesdays - Thursdays from 10am-5pm. I am honoured and grateful to be able to work in this beautiful environment with so many gifted holistic professionals.  I will still be offering sessions in our special healing hut on Mondays and Thursdays from 9-3. I look forward to seeing you in town at the centre or here in our healing hut.

My neighbourhood friend invited me to try one of these wraps. I could feel the circulation moving to the area and it was really amazing. This is a copy of an email I sent out to the participants of this last Transformational Dance Journey series through the chakras. I love to touch base during the week to share, inspire, support and deepen the potency of the journey in this way. I felt it would be good to share as a blog. This was the week of the heart chakra: Dancing hearts,   How is your heart feeling? When you tune in, do you sense temperature, texture, colour, movement, flow, stillness, edges, boundaries, song, words, the wordless and beyond?   As a friend said yesterday to me, "As the light in me grows and is strengthened, all that is not in resonance with that full potential is leaving my body and it's not always comfortable."   This is a great week to tend to our heart lodge and sweep up any dust or residue from that which used to serve us (but no longer does) and let it go to earth and source to be transmuted into energy that  can serve us now as our light and heart fire is strengthened.   I find that residue sometimes can be sticky, but at the right moment, it just goes when I am ready to see my part in how it's served me in the past and how empowering it is to let go of it now and at the right time. Sometimes releasing that residue is like riding a big wave that gets bigger and BIGGER and crashes with so much force  before it smooths out! Wow.....   Wishing you so much love during this heart week. Thank you for your willingness to  surrender so deeply into your own process through the dance. It is an honour to witness and be witnessed by you.

We had so many people come and help us with the Tipi floor and we are almost done!  It will be a wonderful space for people to integrate and relax after a session or for personal yoga classes and circles.  The land is blossoming around the Tipi and it feels like paradise here. My gratitude is immense.

We finished the final layer of clay, sand and straw in The Healing Hut. It looks beautiful and really deepens the beauty of the space with the infusion of deep terra cotta into the floor.  The Healing Hut used to be our goat barn. The story of the goats and their departure from our lives is one I will blog about soon. It's an incredible story that is so moving and heart opening.

At Harmony yoga in Duncan, I've been facilitating a journey through the chakras and we are about to flow from the watery creative well of the sacral chakra and enter into the fire of the solar plexus tomorrow night.  I've been considering my perspective of what healthy power looks and lives like. I feel power in being present, peace, gentleness, transformation, letting go, creativity, laughter, nourishing food, music, dance, freedom, play and love.  What makes you feel most empowered in a healthy way?
