About Christy Lindell

Christy Lindell has been practicing therapeutic bodywork for over 13 years. She is a Transformational Massage & Bodywork Practitioner and graduate from the 2200 hr program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Manitoba.

She is a Kundalini Dance Facilitator and certified to practice Hot La Stone Massage, Intermediate Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Lomi Lomi, Traditional Thai Massage. She is also an Usui Reiki Master & Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from the Prana Yoga and Zen Center in Vancouver.
