Reflection's inspired mission is to create a ripple effect of positive changes out into the world, as a flower's essence expands outwards in all directions. That mission guided us to move from Tofino to Duncan! We love the Cowichan Valley and are joyously grateful to invite you to our new holistic studio & boutique. Now, in addition to our wellness studio therapies, our boutique offers funky eco-friendly clothing, organic body care & self nurturing products, inspiring books, beautiful jewelry & art, wellness & yoga items and other gifts for your soul.
At Reflections Holistic Studio & Boutique, our focus for every massage, bodywork & spa treatment is to provide a comfortable and safe place for healing on every level. By calming our minds and listening to our hearts, we can create a sacred space within to release physical, emotional and mental toxins that are being stored in our bodies. This can assist us in walking away from old patterns that are no longer serving our highest potential and create new opportunites on every level for health, balance and infinite possibilities.The body is the doorway into the human being. It's wisdom shines it's messages through illness, injuries, pain or discomfort letting us know that there is an area of our lives that our soul want us to look at. Bodywork invites us to go within and learn from those sacred messages.
We all have the ability to nurture ourselves by listening to our inner wisdom.
