Reflection's inspired mission is to create a ripple effect of positive changes out into the world, as a flower's essence expands outwards in all directions while rooted in the earth and reaching towards the sun. That mission guided us (with the help of the owl) to move from beautiful Tofino to the nurturing Cowichan Valley. We are currently nourishing "our" land with compost and love as we build the foundation here for sustainability with abundant food and medicine growth. We are at the seedling stage of organizing specific retreats and intend to add permaculture and relationship with plants into the learning offered here. Currently treatments are available with Christy by appointment and they are growing in compassion and sacredness as time goes on. She is currently studying Kundalini Dance and intends to bring it's many offerings out to the world.
At Reflections our focus is to provide a peaceful sanctuary to grow in relationship with yourself, our human family and mother Earth. The intention with every massage and sacred bodywork session is to provide a
comfortable and safe place for healing on every level.
By calming our minds and listening to our hearts, we can create a sacred space within to release physical, emotional and mental toxins that are being stored in our bodies. This can assist us in walking away from old patterns that are no longer serving our highest potential and create new opportunites on every level for health, balance and infinite possibilities.
The body is the doorway into the human being. It's wisdom shines it's messages through illness, injuries, pain or discomfort letting us know that there is an area of our lives that our soul want us to look at. Bodywork invites us to go within and learn from those sacred messages. The plants invite that too.
We all have the ability to nurture ourselves by listening to our inner wisdom. With healing intention in our open minds and hearts, we can manifest miracles in order to fulfill our vast potential on this beautiful planet.
